Original Hot Sauce
The Original Hot is perhaps a bit too hot for some, so why not mix it with Natural Yoghurt or Mayonnaise? The Scotch Bonnet flavour is bold enough to stand up to dilution and it’s an excellent way to perk up a sauce, salsa, dip or marinade.
Try adding some to a Coleslaw with some Sweetcorn and fresh Thyme for a big sunny flavour.
Use as you would with any ketchup.
It’s a perfect dip for chips or pizza crusts and adds a lovely bit of smoke and spice to a sandwich or burger.
Bajan Hot Sauce
If you like mustard, why not swap it our for some of our Bajan Sauce? It works a treat in a hotdog, or a sandwich. Believe it or not, it’s the perfect accompaniment for strong cheeses. Get yourself some tasty crackers and a block of Stilton and enjoy! Alternatively splash some on top of your Macaroni Cheese for an added kick.
